Mulligan’s at Take 5ive is a café on the China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station, operated by the Navy’s Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) program. It offers casual, comfort food dining for active-duty service members and civilian staff, supporting MWR’s mission to enhance quality of life on base.
