Branding for The James Hotel was a project I worked on exclusively through The Gradient Group, a brand development division of advertising agency Grey Group. My primary responsibilities were designing the logo and monogram inspired by the hotel’s mix of luxury and arts-and-crafts style, selecting and customizing typography. Throughout, I collaborated closely with the Creative Director to keep the brand cohesive and true to the hotel’s character.
