NG911: Next Generation 911 for Fire Service Leaders was created for fire officials to introduce new technology that enables the public to share detailed information such as videos, images, and texts to improve emergency communication. Working within existing brand guidelines and directly with the copy editor, I designed the magazine layout and prepared final files for print production. Over the course of five issues, I designed editions of NG911 tailored to various first responder audiences, including fire officials, EMS personnel, law enforcement, and telecommunicators.

The California Association of Tactical Officers (CATO) is a nonprofit focused on enhancing leadership and professionalism among law enforcement, with a focus on SWAT personnel. For CATO News Magazine, a quarterly publication, I completed a full redesign and went on to design seven issues—developing the visual identity and handling all editorial layout design, image selection, and editing. I coordinated with writers, copy editors, and advertisers to produce a magazine featuring timely articles relevant to a broad range of law enforcement professionals.

Created for EMS professionals, EMS Strong Magazine provides information and resources to support EMS Week—a nationwide annual observance recognizing the dedication and service of emergency medical responders. Following brand guidelines and collaborating with the copy editor, I designed the editorial layout and prepared print-ready files for three annual editions.
